As Mark Stockhoff said, "As I was watching this very interesting 15 minute presentation, it occurred to me just how relevant and fundamental this is to ALL of the issues the T.C.P.A. is currently focused on.

Whether we're talking about the KXL Pipeline or climate change, campaign finance reform or pay equity and the stranglehold that corporations have on our economy, it ALL boils down to a dysfunctional government that requires fundamental change before any of these other issues can be effectively addressed! In fact, successful government reform will eliminate the majority of these issues eliminating the need to address them piecemeal."

Also, last night I was searching in the Showtime website and found another documentary made by Oliver Stone: "The Real History of the United States."  I watched Episode 1 for free on my smart TV.
